Cleanup Fails After system crash

From: James W. McKelvey <James.W.McKelvey_at_jpl.nasa.gov>

I'm running subversion 1.2.3 r15833 on Solaris 7 sparc. The system
crashed while running svn update. svn update wants a cleanup, but
cleanup fails:

svn: In directory 'gcc/gcc/testsuite/gcc.dg'
svn: Can't copy
'gcc/gcc/testsuite/gcc.dg/.svn/tmp/text-base/strict-overflow-2.c.svn-base'
to 'gcc/gcc/testsuite/gcc.dg/strict-overflow-2.c.5.tmp': No such file
or directory

Is there a way to recover the repository?
