Or, please read this link

http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.reposadmin.create.html

When you ran the svnadmin create, you should have provided it with the path into which the repository would be written. How it looks depends on the filesystemType you requested (fsfs or Berkeley DB).

I don't know if you're expecting the filesystem of the repository to be the same as the filesystem handled by the repository (i.e. what the files look like in a Working Copy after the checkout). It won't be (that's CVS).

Very short answer: RTFM

Short answer: they are in the repositories, that was the reason you
imported your projects.
You want to backup the repositories.

Long answer: read the on-line book from front to back.

Subject: Where are the files stored

I am new to using and setting up subversion. I finally got everything
installed and running on my Windows Server 2003 box. I have created a
couple of repositories, and imported my projects. Now, where are those
files actually located? Are they still kept in the directory that I
imported from, or somewhere else? I just want to set up system backups
so that I do not lose anything.

Thanks,
Jim
