Next release?

I've been faithfully waiting for a new release of svn since the
beginning of december, so that I could get a client that has a fix for
issue 2642 <http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2642>,
but so far no luck...

Does anyone have any idea if/when a new release might be forthcomming?

This problem is devastating to my work cycle, sometimes spending several
hours to perform a successful merge between branches.
