In the order of importance from my point of view:

- The fact that you can get the "copied from" information but not the "copied to".
  As I pointed out yet in this mailing list, this lead to no good possibility for the GUI tools to construct the revision graph of an element and that's really a pity. No way either to just get all the tags of an element, all the branches of an element, or to ask subversion for "the last tag on a branch" for instance.

- The impossibility to easily remove the history of a file/directory.

- The impossibility to checkout a file/set-of-files and not the whole directory and to set the svn:externals on files and not directories only.
