New Daylight Savings Time

Hello,
I've been tasked with determining how, if at all, our application will
be impacted by the new Daylight Savings Time in 2007.

Will Subversion be impacted by this? More specifically, will there be a
patch to subversion to address this? I saw a thread from another user
asking the same question last year, but I believe the final response
was, "I don't know". I guess I'm wondering if more research has been
done in this area?
