Re: pre-commit hook NOT triggered with svn copy URL URL

It is a windows svn 1.4.0 installation with NO changes (except the
pre-commit script)
running with Apache. Everything works, except the pre-commit hook with
snv copy URL URL.
using WC triggers the script perfectly... hmmmm so i am unsure if it is
not invoked on serverside only operations...
