Yup. Sounds like Subversion is looking for a directory called
"Common@20" and not finding one. I don't think externals support the
peg-revision syntax. I don't see a bug in the issue tracker on this.
Unless there's a specific reason I'm not aware of why peg revisions
shouldn't be allowed in externals, I'd say a bug could be submitted
for this.
