Cannot write to the prototype revision file of transaction

Hello,

I have a repository accessed by multiple users.

Every users but one can use svn fine. But a user can checkout but not
commit because he get this error message:

-------------------------------------------------------
user@pc1:$ svn commit Makefile
Sending Makefile
Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Cannot write to the prototype revision file of transaction '264-1'
because a previous representation is currently being written by another
process
svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file:
svn: '/localscratch/ckendel/test/trunk/svn-commit.3.tmp'
user@pc1:$
------------------------------------------------------

Every user has the same permissions.

Have you any idea?

I googled this but I didn't find anything. Just an old not-answered
message :-P

Thanks a lot!

   Riccardo.
