Cannot checkout but can list

Hi,

I can list the content of a repository via:

but the command below gives me an error:

svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/repos/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: Can't find a temporary directory: Error string not specified yet

I use subversion-1.4.2

What is the problem?
