TSVNCache.exe takes 100% CPU

I still see this problem in 1.4.2 that I am using now.. Killed the process and it stopped abusing my CPU.

 Thanks for the info. Peter - I know it's not at the moment but do you know if there's any
 intention to make 1.4 backwardsly compatible in terms of the working copy format.
