I thought about both of those as well, Mark, but don't have enough
background on either to make the argument. Thanks for filling that in.

Even for my local "personal" repository and the test one I use on my
desktop, I use Apache, but that's more for the sake of convenience, so
that everything looks exactly the same as on my production server.
