One of our development teams wants to use Bugzilla and have it installed on

No issues (apart from performance or resource constraints subject to ur
server hardware/software environment).. we have had similar setup in past
when we used Bugzilla on our SVN server .. should you wish to integrate
these two (bug ID in ur commit's etc) you may consider "SCMBUG".
