How to import a SVN repository (v1.1) to v1.4

Hi.

I'm using SVN v1.1.1 (oct 2004) and I want to migrate to SVN v1.4.2 (nov 2006).
They both are running ok.

I plan to:
1) make a copy the original repository directory at server #1
2) svnadmin create trunk (at server #2)
3) remove the directory (at server #2)
4) copy the original repository (at server #2)

Is it so easy? Thank you very much.
