ssl author name transformation.

Hello,

I've just setup SVN + APACHE + SSL, and I require user certificates to to
access the system.
All that seems to work well - with one execption/nit.

The AUTHOR field - is showing up as the Fully qualified SSL certificate
name holder
{or what ever that thing is called, I do not know the proper SSL term}.

As a result of using/requiring SSL User Certificates, the AUTHOR name in
any checkin looks like this:

   /C=US/ST=New Jersey/L=Burlington/O=..... blah blah blah.

How do I tell SVN to 'slice out' only the "/CN=NAME" portion?
For example, in my case, it is "/CN=duane"

I cannot seem to find an example, or documentation on how to do this.

Or is there some file that I can create that will transform names?
ie: Column 1 = username, Column 2 = NastySSL Name?

BTW - NOTE TO THE DOCUMENTATION WRITTERS:

The answer to my question - or a hint about it should be put
in the SVN book - Chapter 6, "Authorization Options"
