windows command line svn with putty support?

Hi,

I'm not sure if the windows command line client svn does support
ssh (e.g. putty) or if only some packages contain a properly
compiled client. is anyone using svn+ssh on windows (with command
line client) and can let me know?

it is important for me that my putty (or more precise: pageant)
is used, because I'm using one that is patched to support smart
cards.
