synchronization bug involving trac, svn, and apache

From: Tom Morse <tom.morse_at_yale.edu>
Date: 2006-12-07 19:49:02 CET

Following the list of steps to take before submitting a trac bug, I am
sending here this bug description:

On our trac web page
http://www.neuron.yale.edu/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/browser
twice, one of the rev numbers of our nrn module has become out of sync
with the svn repository (it is one more in svn repository after a svn
checkin which subsequently does not appear on the web page). Curiously
all we need to do to fix it is to reboot the apache web server:
/sbin/service httpd restart

Any ideas? The system is fedora core 5 with Trac 0.10.2, svn 1.3.2, and
Apache 2.2.2.

Thanks for your time and efforts,
Tom
