I wanted to keep my post short but here is as to why I 'cannot' do it.
The reason is simply money. One repository is an external, commerical,
web-hosted one for which I have to pay (per Mb in the end), the other
one a local one. Some stuff has to be in the external one since people
on the other side of the globe have to access it but I do not want to
put everything in it since that would cost much more.
