No sync after commit for "svn info"

I've noticed that when I commit my changes to our Subversion server and
immediately do a "svn info" in the working copy, I do not get the latest
information. The info reported is from the previous update. To get the
latest, I have to manually do "svn update". Sometimes, this may get me
code that I didn't mean to grab (just yet). It would be nice if svn
info would be sync'ed when I do the commit, because I may commit and
come back to the working copy later. The svn info tells me what
revision I'm working in; especially when I have to manage multiple
working copies on any single workstation. This sounds like a bug to me,
but I wanted to defer to the mailing list.

I've noticed this with the command line svn client in Windows and on
Macs, as well as TortoiseSVN -- granted the issue could also be in the
clients and not the server action.
