Authorization HowTo

Hi

This seems to be funny, but I am not able to get access control or
authorization working to the fullest. This is how my file looks

[groups]
tr = joe, frank
tg = mitch, rave

[/]
* = r

#Project Trial
[Trial:/Trial1]
joe =
@tr = rw

#Project Test
[Test:/Test1]
joe = rw
frank = r

In the above repository Trial; joe get the read-write permission even if he
is mentioned with no-access. But repository Test works fine.
