Hi Jarek,

If you checked out the files, wouldn't you already know which files were
checked out?

Plus, employing subversion in a Copy-Modify-Merge mode [the default?]
(basically no one locks their files) there isn't a way to ask the repository
who has what files checked out, as far as I know.
