svn:externals

Hello,
I've created a branch with TortoiseSVN, branches/Demo
Then, I added a svn:externals definition on the branches/Demo/src like this:

com http://milan/svn/bitarisk/BITA%20Star%20Thin%20Client/trunk/src/com

Now when I checkout the branch into a working folder I have the error:

"Updated: D:\Temp\Externals_test
External: D:\Temp\Externals_test\com
Error: 'D:\Temp\Externals_test\com' is already a working copy for a
different URL"

what does it mean?
