The increase is close to 10%.

Dump size is 15 GB, v1.3.2 repository is about 13.2 GB, when load done
using v1.4.x, the repository size is about 15.3 GB.

That was my understanding as well, based on this text:

The text does not indicate whether it applies to FSFS- and BDB-based
repositories or only the former.

1.5 GB is what percentage of your repository size?
