But that's not what's broken. What is broken is that he is
forwarding the message marked as spam to the recipient in the RFC 822
header (users@subversion.tigris.org) instead of the RFC 821 envelope
recipient (cmills@intek.com).

I'm copying this to mark@intek.com in case he hasn't realised.
