I assume we're talking about svn_load_dirs.pl here. (I haven't seen
the entire thread yet.)

It *is* in the *source* distribution. It is *not* in the *binary*
distributions.

All you have to do is replace one occurrence of "@SVN_BINDIR@" in
this file with the directory where you installed Subversion. Then you
can take off the .in extension.
