I checked intek.com and saw that is is a small business, so I called and
it had a voice menu with a directory of first names. I tried "Mark"
and got an extension for him. Intek's number is (425) 455-9935 and
Mark's extension is 3410. His voice mailbox is full, so I transferred
to the receptionist/operator or whomever was at extension 0 and left a
message with her, explaining that he needed to fix the spam filters on
sunboy and that they were making the SVN list unusable. (Even though I
haven't posted in a while does not mean I don't track discussions and
try to learn more!) He is due back at 12:30. Since they're in
Washington state, I take it that means within the next 20 minutes of
when I'm writing this.

The receptionist wanted my callback info so Mark could find out what was
going on. I told her to tell him to check sunboy's spam filter and the
SVN mailing list and if he needed more info than that, then with all
due respect, he should not be running their IT department. I don't
know if he'll call back, but it's mid November in Richmond and it's 70
degrees, so for the next 25-35 miles I'm going to be out on my bike
today and won't be in to take Mark's call.

I hope this fixes the problem and gives Mark a clue. I would not be
surprised if the reason his voice mail is full is because I'm not the
first one to complain to him.

Hal
