WHEN will Apache release a fix?

From: Brad Bruce <NJBrad_at_Verizon.net>

I'm trying to convince some reluctant managers that Subversion is the
right tool for version control.

Not being able to install on the latest version of Apache is not helping.

Apache is on 2.2.3, but it doesn't appear that the problem with
installing Windows Subversion and Apache 2.2 series has been fixed.

I may have to build from source, but the patch was to 2.2.2, not 2.2.3.
Does anyone know if there is a patch to 2.2.3, or am I stuck waiting for
the next release from Apache? (Or the one after that......?)

Thanks
Brad Bruce
