As of the last 45 minutes, the flooding has stopped.

Duncan (thanks!) has had a closer look at the mail headers and has verified
that the problematic SpamAssasin is *not* running in your network,
but instead at sunboy.intek.com, a computer that is probably outside
the scope of your IT staff ;-)

So as it turns out, your IT staff is not responsible for the loop,
it was caused by your e-mail account setup combined with a flaky
SpamAssassin setup somewhere else.
