No, the responsible individual is entirely the person who has
incorrectly configured SpamAssassin, presumably Mark. He's the one who
is responsible for flooding the list with this junk.

At worst Magnus should lose some postings, his action shouldn't
inconvenience everyone else.

However, I'd suggest unsubscribing him from the list, since that would
be sufficient to stop the flood.
