- Put ensure-needs-lock.pl and pre-commit into your hooks directory
- Change "/path/to/repos" to the absolute path to your repository in
pre-commit
- Change "/usr/bin/svnlook" and "/usr/bin/env" to the correct path to
svnlook and env, respectively, within ensure-needs-lock.pl, if necessary
