In alternative to twiki you could try the 'trac' system from edgewall, it
can take a little time to setup but it's pretty solid from the developer
project management standpoint. It's got support for tickets, wiki, source
browsing, difference viewing it's a pretty solid little package. There's
also a whole community that writes plugins for the system to add extra
functionality like an email2ticket script.
