I'm not sure yet if I think this is a good idea or not, but I think
that such a thing might better be "SVN API users" (whether through C
or the bindings). It's true that most people who develop to our API
use the bindings, but questions about using the C API similarly don't
seem to have a great place to go --- they're a little off-topic for
dev@, but many of the people who could best answer them don't
subscribe to users@.
