client hangs on Red Hat

We installed the rpm subversion-1.3.2-1.rhel3.i386.rpm on Linux and when I use the client version 1.3.2 on Windows, it hangs. Can you point us to a binary that is more stable - if indeed the problem is that we have a buggy version?

Any ideas?
