Subversion 1.4 server on Windows XP Pro 64bit

Hi list,

as others have already reported, http://www.tigris.org seems to be
unavailable currently (checked this again shortly before sending this mail).
Browsing through http://www.collab.net instead tells me that their binaries
are not certified for Windows XP Pro 64 bit but only for Windows 2003
Server.

Can anybody point me to a download resource / mirror where i can get the
subversion server for my platform?
