:'( I have a virtual hosted server at HostEurope running Plesk... The Apache is running under the user 'wwwrun', group 'www'. At least this is the user/group that I always permitted to write to special directories in my root if needed - it always worked.
I already gave full access to everyone to /tmp, the check out does not work though... I am out of ideas, so it does not look like a permission problem. Can there be another reason why the server cannot write a file? Hmm - I have enough disk space... ;)
I'll try to simulate the creation of the file as user wwwrun when I'm at home - is that possible? Maybe the file name is the reason ^^.
