Error "Malformed text rep offset .."

From: Stefan <algroth_at_gmx.de>

Hi...

I compiled the subversion-server (svnserve and svnadmin) for a
mipsel-architecture (OS: busybox on the AVMs router "Fritz!Box").
It seems to run. I can create new FSFS-repositories with svnadmin, reading
existing repositories (checkout, update, switch). When I try to commit
something to an existing or to a complete new repository, I get a "Malformed
text rep offset line in node-rev"-error. So it don't seem to be caused by a
corrupted repository.

Can anybody explain me, what this message means and probably what's the
cause of this?

Thanks,
  Stefan
