My server is FC2, and I've got these installed:

httpd-2.0.51-2.9.5.legacy
apr-0.9.7-2

I'm using exclusively FSFS back-ends, so perhaps I haven't seen the issue
because I haven't checked in any individual files over the 2 GB size limit.
