SSL Error: illegal padding

Getting update error:

REPORT request failed on 'svn/myproject/!svn/vcc/default'
REPORT of 'svn/myproject/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read response body:
SSL Error: illegal padding (https://myserver)

These are .lib files (not particularly large).

Ran 'svnadmin verify myproject', and it reported no errors ( at least not
stdout, maybe it generates a log file? )
