Unable to checkout subversion sources

Hello,

This morning I tried to checkout the subversion source
code as described in the documentation and in the FAQ.
But no mather what I try, I'm not able to checkout (or
even contact) te subversion server.

This is what I tried so far:

        svn co http://svn.collab.net:80/repos/svn/trunk
subversion
        svn co http://svn.collab.net:81/repos/svn/trunk
subversion
        svn co https://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk
subversion

And svn returns the following error message:

        c:\>svn list http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk
        svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/repos/svn/trunk'
        svn: PROPFIND of '/repos/svn/trunk': could not
connect to server (http://svn.collab.net)

I have contacted our network manager, so he told me
port 80 was already opened. We also use a proxy
server. So can you give me a hint, so I can solve my
problem.
