Primarily because it was just released and I haven't had time to test it
on the spare box. But mostly because the Xen servers are up in the main
office about 5 hours away from me. So I have to wait until my next trip
up there in a week or two to do the upgrade.

I prefer not to muck with the Dom0 kernel unless I can lay hands on the
machine. We haven't put IP-addressable KVM units and IP-addressable
power switches in yet so I would need to pester a non-technical user at
the main office to help me debug any issues.

DomUs are fair game for remote mucking-about, of course.
