svnadmin dump does not dump

Hello list,

I tried to use 'svnadmin dump /var/local/svn >
dumpfile' to backup my repository. But this cretes
only a small file with meta information but without
revision data.

The shell just displayed: '* Ausgegeben Revision 0.'

The content of dumpfile is:

SVN-fs-dump-format-version: 2

UUID: 54853331-8f10-0410-8692-c053a73456cc

Revision-number: 0
Prop-content-length: 56
Content-length: 56

K 8
svn:date
V 27
2006-04-03T23:31:38.670648Z
PROPS-END

Seems that just revision 0 is dumped. But the current
revision is 16.

I searched the manual, the list archives and the
faq's. But without success.

Any ideas, hints are higly appreciated.
