'--limit 0' illegal in 1.4.0?

From: Fergus Slorach <fergus_at_profeda.com>

'--limit 0' used to mean 'unlimited', but in 1.4.0:

> svn log --limit 0
svn: Argument to --limit must be positive

There's no mention of this change in the release notes or CHANGES
although, to be fair, the earlier behaviour may have been undocumented.

Any similar 'fixes' to watch out for?
