SVN error

Dear Sir,
Let me introduce myself, my name is Daniel Genin and I am the administrator of Subversion repositories of my company.
We are using Subversion v1.3 with Tortoise Subversions clients 1.3 for several monthes and 1.4 for a couple of days.
We fall into a trouble that looks like very closed to the one described below.
"svn: Found malformed header in revision file"
Could you help me to go ahead and solve this trouble ?
