I'm not sure that the revision number is all that much of an issue
but I'd question the 'easier to administer' conclusion above as
the repository scales up. Remember that you will have to
'svnadmin dump' and filter the whole mess to remove anything
or refactor the layout later. The more you put in one repository
the sooner this will become unwieldy.
