Subversion 1.4 with viewvc

All,
Just wondering if anyone got this combination working? I have installed all the pieces correctly and now when I try to use viewvc like below

http://docbase.stp.com/viewvc

I get following error. I have done all the bindings according to subversion documentation. Please help if you have any clue
