problem starting the apache server with svn

hi everybody... hope someone can help me
im trying to run svn with apache server in fedora core 5.
i have succesfully installed apache server(directly from the add/remove
software app in fedora) and svn.
i executed the ./congigure command for the svn like this:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/svn --with-apr=/usr/local/apr
--with-apr-util=/usr/local/apr-util --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs
then make and make install
im using fsfs file system.
the problem is that when i execute the command "apachectl start" from the
command line i get this error message:

httpd: Syntax error on line 205 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load
/usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server: libaprutil-0.so.0: failed
to map segment from shared object: Permission denied

i tried with "sudo -s apachectl start" too and i get this error message:

/usr/sbin/apachectl: line 102: 31297 Segmentation fault $HTTPD $OPTIONS
-k $ARGV

if somebody knows how to solve the problem please write to me as soon as
posible.
