Hi Martin,
Subversion itself does not cause this to come and go. It sounds more
likely that you have TortoiseSVN installed. Is your version of
TortoiseSVN up to date to make use of the new Subversion 1.4.x working
copy? I am guessing that might have something, but that is only a very
rough guess.
