Howto checkout all the revisions (making a dump of the project without using svnadmin)

Hi all,
i've got an svn repository under a server in which i can access only
with http protocol.
Now i want to change this to my own server and so i need a dump of my
svn repository with ALL the revisions in it.
In this way i will start committing in my own server without losing any
of the past revision.

svn checkout does not permit to specify all the revisions. One way
should be taking one revision by one but once i've imported the first
with svn import, i cannot import any other revision...

How can i do this ?
