Transaction is out of date error

Hello,

When I try to make a commit I receive an error:

Transaction is out of date
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Out of date: '/trunk/myfile.txt' in transaction '44k'

when I revert file myfile.txt and try commit again I receive another
error:
 Bogus URL
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Commit item '/myproject/myfile.txt' has copy flag but no copyfrom
URL

What does it mean and how to solve this problem?
