There are no official pre-compiled binaries for any platform. All
binaries are unofficial.

The provided Windows binaries currently use APR 0.9.x and are thus
for Apache 2.0.x. If you desire APR 1.2.x then you should build
Subversion that way, and you will then also need Apache 2.2.x.
