RE: Subcommander 1.2.0 released.

I'm interested to take a look at Subcommander.
I note that Subcommander 1.2.0 is built on SVN 1.4.0; presumably, this means that Subcommander is an "SVN 1.4 client"?
I'm currently using quite an old (1.2.3) SVN command line client. I'm planning to upgrade server and clients to SVN 1.4.0 soon, but have not done so yet. Will Subcommander 1.2.0 perform the SVN 1.4 upgrade on my working copies please (which will prevent access through my old command line client)?
Thanks,
